By engaging with Inovaxa Studio for website design, digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, or photoshoot services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Scope

Inovaxa Studio delivers professional digital services according to agreed-upon project proposals and milestone scopes. Revisions and extra features outside the original scope will be quoted transparently.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final settlement of project dues, all custom design deliverables, source codes, and media assets belong 100% to the client.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared business plans, credentials, and strategies as strictly confidential.
